Green Creek Point sat in Idaho County.1 The statewide list gives its position as 45.96225 north and 115.87808 west.2 Its tower was a 100-foot steel structure, which both lookout histories describe as an Aermotor, and it was built in 1931.3,4,1 The tower stood on the Nez Perce National Forest, according to a compiled list of Idaho County lookouts.1
A patrol point lay 1.5 miles east, at Wall Peak.3,4 The Idaho Fire Lookouts site files the lookout under its Selway region.4 The firelookout.com page gives the lookout's run as 1931 into the 1950s.3
Both lookout histories say the tower was gone by the 1950s.3,4
The state list also marks the tower as gone.2 No source I found says what, if anything, remains at the site today, or whether visitors can reach it.
