What to expect
The adult yoga class runs for one hour, 6 to 7 pm each Tuesday, and is taught by Anne-Marie Mulgrew, the company's artistic director. The Free Library's Whitman Branch sponsors the class, and it costs nothing to attend. The site does not say how many people come or what level the class is.
