Your first visit

Feeling unsure the first time is normal. Most groups are glad when someone new walks in.

First step: Come to a Saturday gallery visit, or RSVP through the group's Eventbrite link for a free zinemaking workshop such as Print and Play..

You can just show up.

What to expect

The gallery is the first gallery past the main front doors on the first floor of the Crane Arts Building. Visits run Saturdays from noon to 5 pm, and the page does not say how long a visit takes or who staffs the space.

Tips for your first visit

  • Come on a Saturday between noon and 5 pm, or email the gallery to set up another time.
  • The gallery has free handicap parking and can be reached by car, bike, or public transit.
  • Print and Play is held at Second State Press, not at the gallery. The page gives no address for that venue, so read the RSVP details.

Newcomer welcome

Fine for newcomers, but you may need to speak up (3 out of 5). Why we say this: The gallery is open to the public on Saturdays with no sign-up. Workshops take an RSVP, but the page does not say beginners are welcome or who a workshop is for..
