Your first visit

Feeling unsure the first time is normal. Most groups are glad when someone new walks in.

First step: Use the contact form on the group's site to ask about the next local clinic, camp or league, and ask which site and time it runs..

What to expect

The site does not say how long a clinic runs or who leads it. Some programs also provide snacks, drinks and school supplies.

Tips for your first visit

  • Ask which rec center and what time the next clinic is, since the site does not list dates.

Newcomer welcome

Takes some effort for newcomers (2 out of 5). Why we say this: Programs are free and open to kids of all skill levels, but the site does not say how to register for a clinic, camp or league, and its email addresses differ from page to page..

Cost and commitment

Cost
