Your first visit
Feeling unsure the first time is normal. Most groups are glad when someone new walks in.
First step: Send a question through the contact form on eastwickunited.org to ask for the next community meeting date and Zoom link..
What to expect
The last meeting listed on the site, in 2021, ran an hour on Zoom in the evening and let neighbors meet the board of directors. No current date is posted, so ask before you plan to attend.
Tips for your first visit
- Ask through the contact form for the next meeting date.
- Read the issue pages on flooding, the Amazon warehouse and the airport expansion to see what the group is working on.
Newcomer welcome
Takes some effort for newcomers (2 out of 5). Why we say this: The site lists no upcoming meetings, events or volunteer roles, and its only listed way in is a contact form, so the way to join is unclear..
