Your first visit
Feeling unsure the first time is normal. Most groups are glad when someone new walks in.
First step: Come to a show or meetup on the Upcoming page; many ask for a suggested donation of $10 to $25..
What to expect
Most listed events run two to four hours and start between 6 and 8 pm. Several are experimental or improvised music sets, and some are talks or club meetups. The Upcoming page gives each event's time and price.
Tips for your first visit
- Email info@thefidget.org if you want to confirm a date, time or price before you come.
- Check the event listing first, since some events are free and others ask for a suggested donation.
Newcomer welcome
Fine for newcomers, but you may need to speak up (3 out of 5). Why we say this: Public shows and meetups are listed with dates, times and prices on the Upcoming page, so a first timer has a clear way to come..
