What they do

Penn undergraduates sign up for the club listserv to take part in speaker events, workshops and mentoring. Students can also apply to the consulting committee, which takes on 10-week projects for Penn-affiliated startups and Philadelphia-area women business owners, or to the investments committee, which teaches venture capital basics and builds pitches.

When and where

Committee recruitment happens at the start of each semester through Penn Clubs. General body events are open to Penn undergraduates who sign up for the listserv.

We do not have a meeting place for this group yet.

Your first visit

Feeling unsure the first time is normal. Most groups are glad when someone new walks in.

First step: Join the club listserv from its home page to get on the list for general body events. Committee roles need a Penn Clubs application at the start of each semester; the site says applications reopen in fall 2026..

Check with the group before you show up. You need to sign up first.

Newcomer welcome

Fine for newcomers, but you may need to speak up (3 out of 5). Why we say this: Penn undergraduates can join general body events by signing up for the listserv, with no application, and committee roles need an application, so the way in is clear for students..
